Being a woman is complicated. It begins in puberty and continues throughout our lifespan. Because of hormonal physiology unique to women, our life experiences are rich and varied, and can also be challenging.
Dr. Lake has devoted her practice to assisting women throughout various stages of life from our cycles to family building efforts, pregnancy, parenthood, through menopause. Piave utilizes treatments such as therapy, counseling and/or medication to help her patients.
With a deep understanding and personal experience, Dr. Lake is passionate about sharing her gifts as a mental health professional and counselor.

What does a treatment plan look like?
After we discuss your situation and goals, we will create a treatment plan. Typically a treatment includes counseling. Prescribed medications could be part of our treatment we decide upon.

Depending on the issues, some treatments can take weeks to begin to take effect, but some people feel immediate relief knowing that they have a plan in place.
